Introduction: YC-105/106
The machine is a new type of food machinery developed by our company by digesting and absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad. This equipment is equipped with a high-pressure circulating water pump for automatic cleaning, and is equipped with an automatic water replenishment device and an overflow device. After the cleaning is completed, the mechanical cylinder is driven by the screw lift to automatically discharge the material. It is simple to operate, environmentally friendly and hygienic, and has a high degree of automation. IIt is an updated product of traditional cleaning equipment.It is an ideal equipment for food processing plants and central kitchens. Features
1. The washing machine is mainly composed of an outer water tank, an inner bucket, a circulating water system, an automatic water replenishment device, an overflow device, and an electrical control box (see the structure diagram for details);
2. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is durable, hygienic and safe, and conforms to food hygiene standards;
3. The inner bucket is made of stainless steel orifice plate, designed to remove impurities and sand, and the washing effect is good;
4. The operation is stable and precise, and the washing time is fully controlled.
5. Washing in batches, the washing time can be accurately controlled.
6. Using the strong water flow formed by the side high pressure in the water flow, the material can be rotated and turned in the water without hurting the laundry, and the washing effect is good.
7. Automatic water replenishment device to save water.
8. The overflow device can effectively control the water level, making the whole cleaning process simple and convenient.
Processing ingredients
It is mainly used for de-sliming and washing of leafy vegetables, rhizomes, small fish, dried shrimps, seafood, seaweed and fruits. Fruits and vegetables (such as strawberries, cherries, small tomatoes, etc.), used for cleaning various fruits and vegetables and aquatic products. Vortex water bath type, can tip the bucket, and automatically pour out the cleaned materials.
