This automatic stir-frying machine has two major characteristics: stir-frying and tilting out of the pot. Stirring and stir-frying is a key technology in the making of dishes and is also the hardest work for chefs, especially fast food factories and large canteens. Because the cooking volume is particularly large, this increases the labor intensity of the chefs. In order to better adapt to the development needs of the catering industry and to free the chefs from the heavy physical labor, our company has developed a gas-type tilting wok. The chef can gently pour out the whole pot of dishes by just shaking the handwheel, thereby reducing the labor intensity of the chefs. Later, our company developed a gas-type automatic stirring wok based on this, using a stirring paddle to rotate and automatically move in the pot while replacing manual stirring and stir-frying. However, because the effect of stirring and stir-frying is not ideal, it has not been widely used. This automatic stir-frying machine is a new product developed by our company based on the gas automatic stir-frying wok. It reverses the traditional concept and causes the pot to rotate along the horizontal axis. The stir-frying fork in the pot is used to scrape the dishes on the top and throw it down. This fundamentally solves the problem of uneven stirring in the gas automatic stir-frying wok. Electric control is also added to deliver the pot, which has achieved automation in the true sense.
This product has many functions:
1. Since the pot rotates along the horizontal axis, the stirring fork in the pot moves the dishes up and down, and the mechanical stir-frying is automatically stir-frying. If you feel that the rotation frequency is low, you can also adjust the speed of the rotating pot and increase the rotation speed of the rotating pot to increase the stir-frying frequency.
2. Since the machine is automatically stir-frying and mixing evenly, the amount of feed per pot can be increased and the number of pots per day can be reduced, thereby reducing auxiliary time, improving productivity, reducing energy consumption and saving energy.
4. This automatic stir-frying machine has many characteristics of gas-burning woks. It can be widely used in catering, government agencies, troops, schools, factories and mines, making this automatic stir-frying machine a new product for the renewal of wok equipment.
5. In addition to being equipped with traditional ignition guns, this stir-frying machine also has an electronic ignition device, which can have a service life of about 30,000 times, which is safe and efficient.
6. This machine is equipped with button control and Samkoon human-machine interface touch screen operation method on the electrical control box to help users improve productivity, efficiency and flexibility.
